Errol Winston Knights
January 8, 1941 – March 2, 2025
Passed into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
Born in Diamond Corner, St. Peter, Barbados, Errol was the only son of Cecil and Maude Collymore. He was a teacher, civil servant, and “paymaster” at Mount Gay in Barbados. After immigrating to Canada, he dedicated over 37 years as an X-ray technician at Sunnybrook and Women’s College Health Services Centre.
Errol is survived by his loving family: his wife, Marjorie; his sons, Errol and Gary; and his five cherished grandchildren, Malachi, Micah, Maya, Anielie, and Isiah.
He will be sorely missed for his sunny disposition, culinary skills, passion for gardening, love of photography and building, and his adventurous spirit for travel.
May he rest in peace.
