RONSON, Joyce Elaine (nee Cummings) – At the age of 79 at WRH-Ouellette Campus, 6 days before her 80th birthday, surrounded by her loving family, Joyce passed away on October 5, 2015.

Predeceased by mother Freda Cummings (1998) & father Trimmer Jack Cummings (1973). Dear mother of Brian & wife Cyndie, Kathy & husband Jack Fenton and Karen & husband Jerry Gervais. Beloved sister of Joan Hall (2013), Keith & wife Jackie Cummings, Marilyn Janisse & friend Walt, Conrad & wife Jeanne Cummings, Linda & husband Murray Trudel and Judy Sims.

Cherished grandmother of Cory Garant & friend Jen, J.D. & wife Jaimie Fenton and Stephanie Fenton. Lovingly remembered by her great grandson Seth and by many nieces & nephews.

In Joyce’s spare time, she enjoyed playing Bingo and followed the Moxie Boys Band where she was there #1 Fan.

Our sincere thank you to the 8th Floor Nursing Staff at the Ouellette Campus, especially Dr. Chow and nurses Alex, Ryan, Sandra, Nina and Jessie.

Visitation at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (Main Chapel), 1700 Tecumseh Road E. in Windsor, Ontario on Wednesday, October 7 from 12:00 PM until time of Joyce’s Celebration of Life Service at 3:00PM in the Chapel. Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Windsor & Essex County Humane Society or to the WRH-Ouellette Campus (Palliative Care Unit) (envelopes available at the funeral home).
